GENERAL MEMBERSHIP:
To become a general member of this Association, an individual must meet at least one of the following requirements:
(i) Complete a course of study for paralegals at an accredited institution;
(ii) Be a graduate of an ABA approved paralegal program;
(iii) Have a bachelor's degree and one year of paralegal experience as certified by an employer;
(iv) Have two years of paralegal experience as certified by attestation of supervising partner; or
(v) Be a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA), Certified Paralegal (CP), North Carolina Certified Paralegal, or Registered Paralegal.
